A few days ago there was a massive leak of the next big game of RockstarGames, GTA VI, of which a large number of images were shown on the networks. And now while they find the culprits and remove the content from as many sites as possible, the company is not leaving answers on social media.
It is said that the hacker was not one person, but at least two different ones. In a new post on the forums GTA site staff shared the results of their investigations into the leaker, explaining that based on post distribution and IP address data, the forums account was shared by at least two people, “TeaPotUberHacker”who published the data.
According to the update, they do not believe that the account was stolen, but rather that it was shared between the two hackers, known as “Teapot” Y “Lilly”. The staff of the forums point out that Lily has been active in Telegrambut that they do not believe that he currently possesses any of the pirated materials they claim to have, and warn against interacting with them.
While the FBI investigates the case together with the hacking of Uber, rock star he has apparently taken action by blocking his social media accounts. In his accounts it is noted that no one can make comments and answers. It would be an attempt to stop the spread of leaked materials, as it would be the ideal place to launch images.
GTA VI development continues as planned.
