Return to Monkey Island, the long-awaited sequel to the legendary saga, will make its debut on a Nintendo console.
Monkey Island is one of the sagas most remembered by PC users who experienced the adventures and misadventures of Guybrush Threepwood. Over the years, the saga has transcended to other platforms, allowing it to increase its range of players. It was recently announced that after decades of hiatus, we would receive a new installment: Return to Monkey Island. However, what was not known is that this new title would be available on Nintendo Switchsomething that has been revealed in today’s Nintendo Direct Mini.
In this way, Guybrush Threepwood will officially debut on Nintendo’s hybrid console in some time yet to be determined from the present 2022. In the new trailer you can take an in-depth look at the new graphic style with which this new installment will have and the aspect with which the intrepid protagonist will have on this occasion. What is clear is that the essence of the original titles will remain intact and the bad jokes and humor characteristic of Monkey Island will be the dominant note of this new adventure.
