The studio responsible for the development of Mtroid Prime 4 has updated its Twitter banner with a new image that shows us the figure of Samus from afar. This new art that we can see in the header of the profile of the social network, almost certainly, has to do with this fourth installment, so now we all thought we might have some news about the game sooner than expected. At least, the fans of the saga have not taken long to speculate and generate theories around the aforementioned image.

What you see above is what we have, you can go to Retro Studio profile on Twitter directly and check it, so this may just be an update of your profile without further ado, but without a doubt, taking into account the little movement of the company in social networks, it is at least curious.
We assume that this year would be a good time to show a screenshot or a promotional teaser, since in 2022 it will be 20 years since the premiere of the first Metroid Prime on GameCube, on November 18, 2002. That said, at most we could see some small progress and little else because it seems almost impossible that the game can arrive in time for the anniversary. That if, as a curiosity, what if it is rumored that it could appear to commemorate the anniversary of the first game is a remaster for Nintendo Switch of it. If that happens, who knows, they may give us some more information regarding this long-awaited fourth installment.
Before finishing, Let’s remember that Metroid Prime 4 was announced during E3 2017, since then the news of the project has arrived with a dropper, something that with the reboot that we mentioned at the beginning is quite logical. Be that as it may, it’s time to be attentive to possible new movements of Retro Studios on Twitter.
