Although it is still a mystery when the date of presentation of the next premium range of Samsung will be, the firm usually announces its S series phones in the first weeks of the year, so we are a few months away from knowing the news that the firm has prepared for this new generation.
Yesterday the popular leaker, Ice Universe, revealed that the Galaxy S22 Ultra would become the successor to the Note series, as it would be the first Galaxy S with a slot to store the S-Pen inside, something that even timing is unique to Note family phones.
Has now been OnLeaks and Digit those in charge of creating the first renders of the S22 Ultra based on the rumors about this device.
This year the S21 Ultra was the only Galaxy S to receive S-Pen support, but the only way to get the stylus on your phone is with a storage case.
Everything indicates that next year the S22 and S22 + will not be compatible with the S-Pen either.
Another important difference between the Ultra model and its younger brothers is that it would be the only one with 4 rear cameras, of which 2 of them would be telephoto lenses. Also, the S22 Ultra would once again be the only one in the series with a 108 MP camera.
According to the OnLeaks renders, the camera module would be redesigned to form a kind of L.
Regarding the batteries, a leak pointed out that the S22 would come with a battery with a capacity of 3,700mAh, while the S22 + would increase to 4,500mA; Ice Universe noted that a source in the supply chain confirmed that the S22 ultra’s battery would be 5,000mAh.
Another piece of news that could make users of this series happy is that the S22 + and S22 Ultra could come with 45W fast charging technology.
Regarding the design, the S22 Ultra would adopt some design lines of the Note series, because according to the renders, the equipment could be somewhat more square compared to the rounded corners of the S series.
It is important to mention that being a leak-based render does not mean that this will be the final design that we will see sometime next year.
