Given this, Phillip Hendrix, CEO of Coldwell Banker, explained to the press that the cluster is based on five guiding values that revolve around the end customer, such as: ethics and transparency, connectivity, service quality, innovation and information security.
The latter being one of the most relevant for brands, since avoiding fraud on real estate platforms is one of the main objectives of the project today.
“What happens on a platform is that it extracts information from a list and publishes it to steal the down payment or the rent, usurping an owner. This is what brought us here,” adds Hendrix.
“Financial investment in real estate is the most important thing in life of a family,” says Hendrix.
For his part, Jorge Carbonell, CEO of Keller Williams, explained that the cluster will face the threats and frauds that have been presented in the real estate industry todaythat is why taking care of customer data in a neutral ecosystem will be one of the tasks of this system.
“What happens on a platform is that it extracts information from a listing and publishes it to steal the down payment or the rent, usurping an owner. This is what brought us here,” Carbonell said.
