The presale of Formula 1 Mexico City Grand Prix 2023presented by Heineken, will be held on November 15, while the general sale will start on November 16.

Mexico GP assured in its statement that in order to promote a more equitable 2023 ticket sale, given the high demand that has occurred in recent years, some additional actions will be taken:
- The presale will be held for 1 day only.
- There will be a guaranteed stock of tickets for each of the sales stages.
- It will be limited to a maximum sale of 4 tickets per transaction.
- The printing of the purchased tickets can be made from January 16, 2023.
The statement states that this phase will be limited to Banorte, Citibanamex and Santander cardholders. Likewise, the clients of these banks will have the benefit of being able to acquire their tickets at 6 and 12 months without interest, in any sale period.
Fans interested in purchasing tickets for next year’s race are advised to plan their purchase. Although Ticketmaster has the possibility of carrying out up to 4,000 transactions per minute, the demand may be higher than the capacity of the system, so patience is requested when carrying out the operation”,
