In a frying pan, without any oil as its own fat is sufficient, we cook the sausages over low heat. Turn them over from time to time so they don’t burn. Once ready and tempered, the cut in half lengthwise.
Toast the slices of bread lightly and assemble the sandwich alternating the different ingredients: slice of bread, slice of cheese, roast veal, slice of cheese, slice of ham, slice of cheese, sausages, slice of cheese, and finally slice of bread.
