According to the survey, after Sony’s PlayStation Plus/Now service, the most popular video game service is Amazon Prime/Luna with 39%, while Xbox Game Pass and other Microsoft services are in third place with 37% reach. . Google Play Pass (37%) and Netflix Games (33%) occupy the rest of the top 5.
The Nintendo Switch Online subscription service is in sixth place, as it only has a reach of 32% of US users to whom the survey was applied. The other services mentioned by respondents are Apple Arcade, EA Play/Pro, GeForce Now and Google Stadia.
It should be noted that this survey was conducted in May, which is why Sony has two subscription services instead of one, since the unification of its PlayStation Plus happened in June. Although this change shouldn’t affect the survey, it’s possible that Sony has increased its number of subscribers in the last couple of months.
