“Alicante Gastronómica returns as the first great fair to be held in the Community. A fair with which we intend to transmit a lot of enthusiasm, a lot of energy and a great desire to return to what we were, but above all to offer the excellence and gastronomic quality of our land. A purely experiential event with which we want not only to bring haute cuisine to the public, but also to producers and their products and Mediterranean hospitality ”, comments Carlos Baño, president of the Organizing Committee.
In fact, with the idea of fulfilling this purpose of bringing haute cuisine to the general public, the Rincón de las Estrellas has been created, where you can taste every day and at affordable prices, the preparations of great chefs such as Susi Díaz, Ferdinando Bernardi , Cristina Figueira, Joaquín Baeza, Odón Martínez, Josep Palomares and the traditional cuisine of Nou Manolín and Piripi.
