Poco M2 Pro: the new Xiaomi stands out for having a lot of battery and little price
POCO has just presented the M2 Pro, a mid-range model that is quite reminiscent of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S that we already knew in Europe. Betting on a large battery, Qualcomm processor and quad-camera configuration, the M2 Pro is another of the Xiaomi terminals that comes to win in the value for money.
We are going to tell you about the main specifications and technical characteristics of the POCO M2 Pro, although we already anticipated that if you remember the benefits of the Redmi Note 9S, you will know by heart the ones of the M2 Pro since they are practically the same mobile.

Snapdragon 720G and humble base memory
The POCO M2 Pro has the Snapdragon 720G, a mid-range platform from Qualcomm that is accompanied by the Adreno 618 GPU. This platform is accompanied by a 4 + 64 GB base memory, quite humble. However, it can be up to 6 + 64 GB or up to 6 + 128 GB. In all configurations the RAM is LPDDR4X.
The POCO M2 Pro has 33W fast charge and preserves the generous 5,000 milliamps of the Redmi Note 9 family.
The battery is 5,000mAh with 33W fast charge, a rather eye-catching configuration and well above the 18W charge offered by the Redmi Note 9S. At the design level we find the same line of the Redmi Note 9S. Ahead, a relatively exploited 6.67-inch screen with IPS technology and Full HD + resolution. Behind it, a fairly large and centered camera module, next to the POCO logo at the bottom. The fingerprint reader is located on the side of the device.
Four cameras to provide versatility
At the photographic level, the Poco M2 Pro has four cameras. The main sensor is 48 megapixels and offers 12-megapixel photographs thanks to the fusion of 4 pixels in 1. The rest of the cameras are an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 5 macro and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The front camera is 16 megapixels and also serves for facial recognition. At the software level, it is still a Xiaomi, so we find MIUI and Android 10, a combination that we already knew.
