As part of its strategy to call new customers, the brand announced that it will migrate to the digital format through a platform of exclusive broadcastsimilar to OnlyFans, which premiered in September.
It was known that before its digital debut, it will be at the end of the year, so Playboy launched a special edition cover session with the actress and influencer Amanda Cerny, in which she appears sitting on a carrot dressed in rabbit lingerie. .
“Playboy is reaffirming its role as the most popular platform for the world’s most creative, daring, sexy, fun and thoughtfully rebellious creators,” the company said in a Playboy Enterprises press release.
Likewise, the firm explains that it will continue to have a digital magazine where the most successful creators are in the editorial part, cover photo sessions and fashion articles.
As part of this change, the magazine’s content will be “inclusive across all genres, including music, sports, art, fashion, and activism.”
“We are putting the power of content creation in the hands of the creative community and giving them the tools to engage with and monetize their fan bases directly,” said Rachel Webber, Brand Director.

The adult brand said that the platform will have a Premium line, where the website creators will be able to have close contact with fans through exclusive content.
Fans will need to subscribe to OnlyFans-style and pay to be able to message Playboy creators and gain “special access” to their everyday lives.
In turn, there will also be an opportunity for those who want to be content creators who must apply to the Playboy editorial team before joining the platform.
“Our platform of creators is the Playboy magazine of the 21st century (…) Playboy has long celebrated those who push the limits, the innovators, the descriptors and those who advance the culture”, he explains.
