A patient diagnosed with the HIV virus and the chronic condition of AIDS since 2009 uses social networks such as Tik Tok and YouTube to talk, give advice and support to people who are just beginning to face these medical conditions.
The patient uses the username @Charlieflows on his Tik Tok account to show how happy and healthy your life is even with the medical conditions that affect your health. Having said the above, we can see him giving advice and sharing with Internet users the path he has had to cross in order to reach the stability he has in his health, even with the conditions that can worsen his health.
The named patient, Carlos García, who presents himself in this way in some of his videos on his YouTube channel, has involved his audience on more than one occasion by answering some of the questions and comments left on the videos you share on social networks.
In addition, the patient sometimes recounts the processes that he has had to live from day to day since he found out that he was positive for the HIV virus and the chronic condition of AIDS for almost 13 years.

Recommendations to prevent contracting HIV during sexual intercourse
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), you should choose sex that is less risky than anal or vaginal.
You cannot get HIV through sexual activities that do not involve contact with bodily fluids. Another of the recommendations given by the CDC is to take PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) are drugs that people who are at risk of contracting HIV take to prevent it.
It should be noted that not having sex is a 100% effective way to ensure that you will not contract HIV through sex.
