Panasonic decides to launch a new ruggedized professional tablet, suitable for those looking for a functional device with which to get good performance in different tasks. Toughbook A3 is an included stylus tablet to get the most out of apps.
The pity is that it does not come with the latest Android update, despite this, the performance is said to be remarkable, it remains to be seen in practice. The Panasonic Toughbook A3 has a high resistance to falls and water due to having the MIL-STD-810H military certification.

The tablet integrates a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, has 800 nits of brightness and withstands scratches and liquid spills. The processor is an 8-core Snapdragon 660, it has 4 GB of RAM and the storage is just 64 GB, but expandable in any case.
It has 5 configurable buttons, all of them can be adjusted thanks to a configuration when starting the Panasonic Toughbook A3 tablet. The tablet is designed for first aid personnel, emergency service personnel, and field service agents.
The rear camera is 8 megapixels with LED Flash, the front camera is 5 megapixels, the battery is a double 3,200 mAh, but you can buy a higher capacity (5,500 mAh). It has USB-A, USB-C ports, plus 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Dual SIM and much more. The system is Android 9 Pie.

Availability and price
The Panasonic Toughbook A3 will arrive in August for a price of 1,182 pounds, about 1,377 euros to change in Spain. Its launch in other countries would start in the month of September onwards.
