the spanish chef Paco Roncero And his wife Nerea Ruano yesterday announced their departure from the MOM Culinary Institute, the private professional training school located in a mansion in Madrid that has celebrated its first academic year this year.
Chef’s statement shared on Twitter yesterday at noonwas published only a few hours before, at night, the chef himself promoted the school in MasterChef –in a program that, as usual, had been recorded months before–.
Roncero does not enter the rag in the statement in which he assures that the break with his partners is due to “discrepancies that are not the case expose”. Nor have the partners made a public statement in this regard. The relief had been communicated to the investment partners on June 17, but it was not made public until yesterday.

The school will continue but without its visible face and its director, Paco Ronceronor his wife Nerea Ruanowhich was responsible for the areas of Education, Training, Events and Restaurant.
The school will, in fact, have to change the namesince it is officially called MOM Culinary Institute, by Paco Roncero & CHA (acronym for the investment partner, the Country Hall Arts Foundation).
