It has been said that the gaming hardware market is starting to see signs of improvement. However, given that Intel’s CEO has said that the chip shortage could last until 2024, there may still be a long way to go before everything returns to normal.
Apart from that, the prices of graphics cards from both Nvidia like amd have been going down, and it seems that one of the GPU Green computer’s most powerful may have finally dropped to its manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
Or at least, that’s what a recent report says, who has seen an ad for the Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti at Newegg now retailing for $1,199.99. The product page shows that it is down from $1,549.99, which is a drop of $350.
In short, it seems pretty obvious that graphics cards continue to drop in price, and since these graphics cards Nvidia are now closer to the suggested retail price, according to the report, this will be good news for anyone who has been waiting to buy a new GPU.
Ever since this generation began in late 2020, getting hold of hardware, including next-gen consoles, has been a nightmare for many. Unless players are willing to pay well above the price due to scarcity, many have been left without one.
On top of all this, the GPU industry is preparing to enter the next era, with amd announcing its RDNA 3 coming in late 2022 and Nvidia expecting to launch the RTX 40XX series by September. The red team seems confident that it will be able to “decimate” its rival with its next cards. So the competition is likely to be fierce, especially when Intel enters the scene.
