Upon arrival, the parents saw that their son he was not wearing the tube that helped him breathe and they immediately tried to help him with CPR, but they couldn’t do much anymore.
The nurse Judith Sobol was in no condition to provide help, to which he later admitted having supplied methamphetamines before starting to work.

The girl, who suffered from several medical problems and needed constant monitoringused a breathing tube, but according to the police they found it detached and tangled in her hair.
Sobol told officers the tube must have come off while he was cleaning it, but passed out before he could reinsert it.
“Through an investigation, officers discovered that the registered nurse was supposed to care for the boy throughout the night,” one of the police officers told a US media outlet.
This nurse who was in charge of the baby at night, admitted that he had also injected the same substance for four days before, justifying himself by saying that the respirator tube had come off after he fainted.

Sobol was charged with second-degree murder after the girl could not be revived.
“After the investigation was completed, we determined that she was high on methamphetamine and should not have been in the care of that child.”
