This morning we woke up to the announcement of a new Pokémon Presents from The Pokémon Company and Nintendo, which will take place this Wednesday August 3 at 8 am CDMX and will be focused on upcoming Pokémon games and apps, such as Pokémon Violet and Pokémon Scarlet for Nintendo Switch.
The announcement was made through the official Pokémon account on Twitter, which also shared the link where we can see the broadcast starting Wednesday. The publication clarifies that the event will focus on video games and applications for mobile devices.

The post mentions Pokémon Violet and Pokémon Scarlet, which were announced in February and will be coming to the Nintendo Switch before the year is out. However, it is unknown what other games we will see during the transmission of the new Pokémon Presents.
The last year has been very good for the Pokémon franchise, as in May it was reported that more than 34 million Pokémon video games had been sold in the last 12 months, including Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, Pokémon Sword & Shield, New Pokémon Snap, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus, as well as Pokémon Let’s GO Eevee! and Pokémon Let’s GO Pikachu!.
At the moment the only Pokémon games announced are Pokémon Violet and Pokémon Scarlet for Nintendo Switch, which will hit the market later this year, but we could see the announcement of a new spin-off during the Pokémon Presents broadcast this Wednesday.
