A Lamborghini-Backed GT Racing Team Will Authenticate Car Parts Using NFT
GT team Vincenzo Sospiri Racing (VSR), a Lamborghini-supported brand, has partnered with an NFT platform to launch a program that uses non-fungible tokens to certify racing car parts. Through the NFTs, VSR will control and guarantee that the parts of its cars are of the highest quality. According to former world champion Vincenzo Sospiri, this allows his team to authenticate and audit every piece of his fleet. In addition, NFT certification may be extended to official team merchandise and products in the future as well.

Meta continues its expansion across Web 3.0 with the announcement that NFTs will appear on Facebook and connect with Instagram
Meta continues to expand into Web 3.0, as Facebook has announced a “digital collectibles” tab on creator timelines. A Meta spokesperson confirmed that the company will gradually roll out NFTs on Facebook, starting with US-based creators.
After a while, NFT creators will be able to post between Facebook and Instagram. In May, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the start of NFT testing on Instagram. According to Zuckerberg, NFT features will eventually come to other Meta-owned apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Hundreds of Bored Ape owners sign up to rent their NFTs to brands
A new NFT licensing platform called Boredjobs aims to post BAYC NFTs within its platform to allow brands to browse and indicate their collaborative interests. The platform was created by blockchain accelerator Mouse Belt Labs, led by its co-founder, Patrick McLain.
According to McLain, just one day after its launch, the platform had received hundreds of requests from BAYC owners to verify their ownership. Within the platform, brands can search through BAYC’s NFTs and can choose to hire an ape. It will then be presented to the token owner if both parties agree.
