The world of comics does not plan to be left behind, so Marvel Voices: Pridewill introduce a new hero, that’s right earlier this week, it was announced that Marvel Voices: Pride #1which will be released next June 22nd and that will serve to highlight the characters and creators LGBTQ+ of the universe Marvelwill serve as the first appearance of a new transgender mutant superhero named getawayher debut story will be a 20-page adventure written by Charlie Jane Anderswith art by Ror Stein Y Ted Brandt and colors of Tamra Bonvillain.
Also, he will later return in a story arc of New Mutants also written by Anders, which will be released this fall. This new superhero, also known as Shela Sexton, getawayhas the ability to instantly switch physical locations with another person, or exchange any specific physical or abstract attributes, such as possessions, organizational status, abilities, superhuman powers, and even situations.
getawayyou can only hold power for a few hours at a time and you have to be within seven feet of your target, and the more complex the switch, the greater the chance of a mishap, but, luckily for getawayyou have an invaluable accomplice by your side, your tech-savvy best friend Morgan Redalong with a belt containing an arsenal of stolen tools and devices.
