To redeem a code you must meet the requirement of having Adventure Rank 10. Once completed, you must follow the following steps:
- Go to miHoYo Genshin Impact official website.
- Log in with the same account you use for your game and select the server you play from (in 99% of cases it should be Europe). If you’re logged in, the nickname should autocomplete.
- Redeem the code. Both the game and the page will notify you that you have done it correctly.
- Visit the Mail in-game to claim all code rewards.
