The Mexican Franchise Association (AMF) delivered this Wednesday night the XXIV National Franchise Award, which recognizes the most outstanding brands of the year.
The delivery of this award was made within the framework of the 46th edition of the International Franchise Fairwhich takes place at the WTC in Mexico City on March 2, 3 and 4.
In a ceremony held at Terraza i662, franchisees from all over the republic gathered to recognize the most outstanding brands in 2022.
The party began with the delivery of recognitions by Comexposium, organizer of the Fair, to the brands that have participated for 10 or more consecutive years in the meeting. The winners included: Wing’s Army, Agua Inmaculada, Alcazar & Cia, Max Dry Cleaners, EPS Automotive Service, Hawaiian Paradise, Todo para tus pies, Aranday & Asociados and Green Clean.

After a round of networking between the brands, the most anticipated moment of the night arrived, the recognition of the most outstanding brands during 2022.
- Rookie – Busher Cocdril’s
- Retail – Gallantdale
- Services – Max Dry Cleaners
- Food and drinks – Churrería Porfirio
- Outposted Overseas – Wing’s Army
- Franchise of the Year – Immaculate Water
As a special award and to close with a flourish, the president of the Mexican Franchise Association, Mario Briseño, decided to award each of the AMF affiliates with the Award John Huerdo, the highest recognition granted by this group. They are awarded “because they have made a strong, strengthened and well-represented sector,” said the leader of the franchises.
The judge
The jury in charge of reviewing each of the applicants was made up of:
- Rafael Sosa Carpenter, expert in Foreign Trade and Customs of the Federal Judicial Council and president (2022-2024) of the Academic Network of International Trade and Business (RACNI).
- Diego Ruiz García, director of the National Export Award Foundation.
- Enrique Ponce de León Grajales, evaluator of the National Export Award, ANTAD Challenge and BussinesKids.
- Claudia Martínez, director of Wild Entrepreneur and journalist.
- Eduardo Torreblanca Jacques, director of the journalistic projects Universo Pyme and Entorno al Dinero.
- Marisol García Fuentes, editorial director of the Emprende magazine and Entrepreneur.com.
