NASA’s mission is clear, we must look for evidence of life beyond planet Earth. That is why they created a special helicopter to explore the universe.
DRAGONFLY MISSION
“Dragonfly is scheduled to launch in 2026 and arrive in 2034. The helicopter will fly to dozens of promising places on Titan in search of common prebiotic chemical processes on both Titan and Earth,” explains NASA.
The objective of the unmanned machine is to find signs of life on other planets, as is done with Mars where special plans are developed.
He adds: ” Their instruments will study how far prebiotic chemistry may have progressed. They will also investigate the atmospheric and surface properties of the moon and its underground deposits of ocean and liquid.”
“During its 2.7-year baseline mission, Dragonfly will explore various environments from organic dunes to the floor of an impact crater where liquid water and key organic complex life materials once existed together for possibly tens of thousands of years, “says the US space agency.
