Last February we met the Motorola Edge 30 Pro, a device that hit the market with great features and a very good price. Not satisfied with what was achieved with said device, the company decided to up the ante with the presentation of three new models. We talk about the Edge 30 Neo, Fusion and Ultra.
The company assures that it wants to take premium experiences with its mobiles to another level and everything indicates that it has what. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra It is presented as its new flagship and boasts more than outstanding features. Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
As for the screen, it stands out for a 6.67-inch OLED panel with Full HD + resolution and practically no bezels. It has a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a tactile response rate of 360 Hz, which, according to Motorola, make it ideal for those who like to play on mobile.
But where it really stands out is on camera. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra includes a 200 megapixel sensor with optical stabilization on the main camera – the first of its kind in the industry – which promises excellent results even in situations where lighting is poor. This is because it is capable of combining 16 pixels into a single pixel (or Ultra Pixel) of 2.56 micrometers. In addition, it allows you to record videos in 8K at 30 frames per second and also supports capture in 4K HDR10 +.
The rear photographic section is completed with an ultra wide angle of 50 megapixels and a viewing angle of 114 ° and a 2x telephoto lens. On the front, meanwhile, the device incorporates a camera to selfie 60 megapixels.
The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra includes a 4,610 mAh battery and supports a 125W wired fast charging that allows you to get energy for the whole day in just 7 minutes. While wireless charging is up to 50 W.
The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra arrives accompanied by the Fusion and Neo models
The model is added to the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Fusion, which is presented as an intermediate solution with premium features. In this case, it stands out for the borderless design, which takes advantage of the curvature of the 6.55-inch screen with HDR10 + and a 144 Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood it boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G chip, up to 512GB of storage, and up to 12GB of RAM. While in the cameras section, the presence of a 50 MP main sensor with optical stabilization stands out, a ultrawide 13 megapixels and a depth sensor. On the front, meanwhile, incorporates a 32 megapixel camera.
In terms of autonomy, the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has a 4,400 mAh battery compatible with 68-watt fast charging.
The family is complete with Motorola Edge 30 Neo, which is by far the least capable when it comes to hardware. However, it is the most striking in terms of design. This is because the manufacturer debuts its new collaboration with Pantonethe renowned company dedicated to the identification of colors for graphic arts.
The mobile arrives in 4 tones selected by Pantone, each one with its respective chip embedded in the back cover. The screen is 6.28-inch pOLED and offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz. In terms of specifications, it includes a Snapdragon 695 5G processor, in addition to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It also features a dual rear camera with a 64 MP main lens and a 13 megapixel secondary sensor; while on the front the sensor is 32 MP.
In terms of autonomy, it has a 4,020 mAh battery compatible with 68 W wired fast charging. The notable fact is that it also works with wireless charging, but only 5W.
