Tomorrow comes the first free update for the expansion of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunset, with which Capcom is going to add new monsters to the game, as well as new challenges for those who have already reached the end of the game. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunset Title Update 1 arrives tomorrow, August 10, 2022.
The new Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak update sees the return of some fan-favorite monsters, including Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate’s Lucent Nargacuga, Seething Bazelgeuse, Gold Rathian, and Silver Rathalos. These subspecies are far more dangerous than their iconic counterparts.

The Sunbreak expansion for Monster Hunter: Rise has been a complete success, since in early July Capcom had announced that the expansion had already reached 2 million units sold in less than a week. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is available in both the Nintendo Switch and Steam versions, but does not feature crossplay.
The Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion arrived on June 30 but it is necessary to have the base game to access it. At that time Capcom had said that Monster Hunter Rise had already sold more than 10 million units, so 1 in 5 players bought the Sunbreak expansion.
