Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be released this year.
The surprise of the day! Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 already has a release date. The new and promising title of the shooter saga will be released next October 28 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. At the moment a launch on PS4 and Xbox One has not been confirmed, although everything indicates that it is an intergenerational game. The news has been given through a teaser trailer that has offered the first images of the operative force 141, which will arrive stomping at the port of Long Beach.
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Operators group will be comprised of iconic veterans and rising legends of clandestine missions. These are Simon “Ghost” Riley, Captain John Price, Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, John “Soap” MacTavish, and Alejandro Vargas.
To reveal the new chapter in the saga, an iconography visible from space has been assembled over the course of 24 hours. To do this, a team brought a massive cargo ship containing a Modern Warfare II package depicting the enigmatic Task Force 141 Ghost operator in its storage containers and docked at the port containing another MWII image, completing the gigantic puzzle.
Call of Duty returns in 2022
Activision has promised that it will offer new information on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 soon and that is that the arrival of the Summer Game Fest, the quintessential event in June since the suspension of E3, will leave us with news of the next releases in the world of video games . That said, it should be remembered that the new installment of the saga will be accompanied by Call of Duty: Warzone 2, the sequel to the franchise’s successful battle-royale.
