Microsoft opens the door for designers
What the technological giant intends is that content creators and designers explore new ways to develop your emojis.
Internet users will be able to take most of Microsoft’s bright and colorful 3D emojis and mix them into stickers, use them in content or create unique sets of emojis.
We’ll likely see users take advantage of emoji to bring holiday themes or even more unique skin tones and more creativity once the community starts experimenting.
Part of the reason Microsoft says it’s opening up its emojis right now is the changing state of work, referring to telecommuting. Remote and hybrid work has forced companies and employees to work differently, and how you express yourself through text has become even more important.
