To the surprise of many, the SEGA Genesis app on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack has been updated to add four more games to the classic 16-bit console collection, and this time we have a quite interesting selection.
Right now you can enjoy:
-Comix Zone.
-Mega Man: The Wily Wars.
-Target Earth.
-Zero Wing.
From this selection, the title that catches the most attention is Mega Man: The Wily Wars. Similar to Super Mario All Star, Capcom’s work is a collection of the first three titles in the series on the NES, with an updated visual style for the 16-bit generation. In Japan and Europe, this game had a physical release, but in America only users of the SEGA Channel in 1995 had access to this title.
With this, ComixZone is a brawler with a visual element inspired by comics. Target Earth is a run and gunner with a clear inspiration in robots. Finally, zero wing is a space shooter that is remembered for the iconic “all your base are belong to us” meme.
Remember, These four games are now available in the SEGA Genesis app for all Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack users.. On related topics, SEGA plans to bring Persona to film and television. Similarly, sonic adventure 3 will be the next project of Sonic Team?
Editor’s note:
This is a great selection of games. Though Target Earth might not draw much attention Comix Zone, Zero Wing Y Mega Man: The Wily Wars they’re worth a lot of money, and they’re some of the best games the Genesis has to offer at the time.
