This story begins in 2017, thanks to an impulse from Fernando Zepeda, who, at that time, served as RE / MAX Integral Broker in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.
The objective was for the Brokers to acquire the skills to be Leaders-Coaches and bring that knowledge to the advisors in order for them to become true professionals.
A few years later, towards the end of 2020 and amid the context of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, the second generation of RE / MAX Leader-Coaches Broker began.
It was made up of 22 participants, who, since April 2021, received training every Tuesday and through virtual media, with the firm purpose of discovering the fascinating world of coaching under the model of neuro-semantics.
Of course, the remote system is not the same as the presence mode, however, that did not prevent them, from home, to develop their skills to promote changes in beliefs, emotions, intentions, states, among others.
They were months of sharing experiences, beliefs, successes and, unfortunately, the loss of one of the members.
Despite everything, last weekend the training was concluded with a large face-to-face event in Valle de Bravo, yes, with all the necessary care and measures.
In the end, it is about making each of the participants a better person and, above all, true leaders… RE / MAX leaders. Without a doubt, an enriching experience for all who collaborated.
