Yesterday, the official Marvel’s Avengers account said it was aware of a bug in its PlayStation 5 version, which makes it impossible to start the game, but they claimed to be testing a possible solution. The account has already disclosed its “solution”, but they warned that to apply it it was necessary delete all campaign progress of the game.
As expected, fans are not happy with the supposed solution he proposed. Crystal Dynamicsbecause it seems unacceptable to them that they should delete all their progress to fix a bug caused by the latest game update, so the comments on the publication are full of claims.

“We have released an update on PS5 that fixes the issue some players have been experiencing. Please let us know if you continue to have the problem.”, was what the official account of Marvel’s Avengers said. Some players report trouble with trophies, but the other issues have been fixed.

We hope that not many players have decided to follow the solution proposed yesterday by the Marvel’s Avengers account, because if they had waited one more day they would not have had to delete the progress of the campaign. Either way, it’s strange that Crystal Dynamics found this to be an acceptable solution.
