When we think of him Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) rarely the first thing that comes to mind is his Disney Plus series. Even less moonknight occupies a prominent place in our memory. But someone had a great idea to cross this production with the world of Sailor Moon.
The Marvel series, to be honest, is a pleasant surprise that ended up becoming one of the best productions of all those that the production company has launched to connect the battered Phase 4 of the MCU.
However, between such a level of story saturation and the isolated nature of its script, Moon Knight feels quite alien and remote from the main plot arc that makes up the current story of this franchise.
But the truth is that as an isolated product, the series works quite well and is a more than pleasant and entertaining experience that already has a firm fan base. That is why intermittently we see how some cosplay artists pay tribute to this character.
Although ultimately we did not expect someone to have the idea of taking this series to mix it with one of the most important sagas in recent anime history.
Sailor Moon crosses paths with Moon Knight in this cool cosplay tribute
Lisa Mancini, better known as @lisamancinerh on Twitter, she is a cosplay artist with a firm following that only on this social network extends to over 75,000 fans.
It has a wide and interesting repertoire of official accounts where in one way or another it has managed to position itself as a benchmark for many of the fans to follow the evolution and trends of this community.
A few days ago, the May 10, 2023to be precise, Mancini blew up the internet, relatively for that sector, with a publication of a great crossover, where he crossed the universes of Moon Knight and Sailor Moon:
The photo session is obviously much more extensive, but it would be necessary to pay for them. For now, the artist has made these two images public, where we see the scope of this spectacular tribute.
The volume of the wig and the hair may be the object of observations but the attention to detail is particularly striking and out of the average.
Moon Knight’s recreation corresponds 100% to the character design of the Live-Action series, while Sailor Moon’s elements come from the anime.
So this gives extra points to the execution of this admirable cosplay tribute.
