Operation Riptide is the new update of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive that has just been released by surprise and comes loaded with new content.
In a new post on Steam, Valve has detailed what Operation Riptide brings, the new CS: GO operation pass that It is now available. This update brings “new challenges, new maps, new game mode options and new new private queues“. This option allows us to create a queue for friends or any member of Steam groups to enter.
The Operation mission system: By completing the weekly challenges, we can choose “from a variety of rewards including new agents, weapon collections, stickers and patches.” On the other hand, from now on we can choose between short or long games in the competitive matchmaking of the video game.
Some game modes have new options, like Deathmatch, which introduces variants of the proposal: “Classic Deathmatch”, “Team Deathmatch” (the first team to reach 100 kills wins) and “Free-for-all Deathmatch” (all players are enemies). The Demolition and Arms Race game modes have also received adjustments, such as better weapon progression.
