Agar-agar is an edible seaweed that is used to prepare a large number of foods, mainly jellies since it allows us to find the right point in the texture. If we add little quantity, we will obtain a creamier dessert, similar to a compote, while, if we add more quantity, its texture will be increasingly hard.
We can buy it in herbalists, dietetics and natural products stores, its most ideal presentation is powder, although we also find it in strips.
