Last week, Destiny 2 owners were finally able to begin their new journey in the new expansion called “The Witch Queen.” And, after many of them have completed the main campaign, they have praised the great story that it tells us, something that we had not seen yet at any point in the franchise, and it seems that Bungie has finally found the way . After the great criticism they have achieved with this expansion, today we are confirmed that Destiny 2: Lightfall will have the same address as The Witch Queen.
It has been through a publication on Twitter, where Andrew Hopps has confirmed that will serve as “Campaign Lead” in the new expansion of the Bungie title, repeating the same position he had in the latter. Hopps, in addition to directing the Witch Queen campaign, has worked on Destiny 1 and 2 Dungeons and Raids, as well as Left 4 Dead 2 and Counter Strike: GO.

For those who are not informed, Destiny 2: Lightfall will be the next (and penultimate) expansion for Bungie’s title, which, as seen on the cover, will lead us to war with the Black Fleet to protect the Light of the Traveler. After the delay that The Witch Queen suffered, we will surely have to wait until 2023 to continue with the plot and defend the Traveler.
