LG has announced the launch of a new multifunctional 27-inch monitor that bets on ergonomics as an additional complement to attract the attention of its future users.
This is the new QHD “Ergo” IPS Monitor (technical model name 27QN880-B), a 2560×1440 pixel resolution display that offers wide typical IPS viewing angles and striking support around a large vertical axis with an extendable arm that allows us to rotate in both axes, tilt, zoom in, zoom out, lower and raise the monitor until we find the most suitable position for our desk.
Based on IPS panel technology, it is capable of reaching 99% of the sRGB color space with a brightness of 350 nits, a contrast of 1,000: 1 and image compatibility in HDR10.
If we want to use it for gaming, the screen is compatible with the RADEON FreeSync system and offers access time of 5ms with a maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz and extra functions such as Black Stabilizer that improves visibility in dark scenes.
The connectivity is served by a DisplayPort port, two HDMI and a USB-C connector that can carry the video signal and at the same time power laptops and devices with a power of up to 60 watts.
Price and availability
The new LG QHD “Ergo” IPS 27QN880-B monitor is already on sale in the United States (we still do not know the date of arrival in Spain) for a price of $ 449.99.
