Live the Kite Festival 2023 in Tequisquiapan

Did you know that the word papalote comes from the Nahuatl meaning butterfly? This beautiful activity is very popular in our childhood; flying these paper or cloth objects, with different colors and shapes that seem to come out of dreams. To celebrate this ancient practice, the Festival of the Kites will take place in the Magical Town of Tequisquiapan.

It is an event for all family members, as it has various activities and entertainment for all ages. Here you will be able to surround yourself with spectacular kites of various shapes, sizes and colors.

In addition, they offer recreational workshops for children and adults. For example, you will learn how to create your own kite here and let your imagination run wild. It is a great opportunity to experience a family getaway and you will surely enjoy flying a kite again.
