Faced with this situation, today it is already daily that EXMA HOLITICSan event that seeks to provide education from different fronts to combat work stress in Mexico.
This is an event that will take place on April 29 at Expo Santa Fe CDMX, where you can learn to improve your quality of life from experts such as Robin S. Develop your potential at the highest level with world-class experts who will help you work in your best version”, explains Fernando Anzures, CEO and founder of the company EXMA (Education, Experience, Marketing and Action).
The main question is: How much are you working on yourself to transform your mind, meet your goals and live fully? How to maintain a work-life balance? “What we want is to develop awareness that we have a lot to do to work on ourselves”, says the CEO of EXMA.
Fernando Anzures, the brain behind EXMA
Fernando Anzures defines himself as an entrepreneur with a corporate mind. “I am that godín who worked for many years and then became an entrepreneur. I didn’t know it was so complicated. They are two completely different worlds”, he comments.
Fernando was a manager at Coca-Cola; He held various positions at Philips Morris in Central America and was also the commercial director of Red Bull in Mexico.
Learn and take blows
Nine years ago he decided to start a business and, giving consultancy, he found a company in Colombia called Expo Marketing. A year later, he bought it and made a business plan with the aim of turning it into “the largest marketing platform in the world.”
This is how EXMA grew to a next country that was Bolivia, then to Panama, Peru and Ecuador. It is now in nine countries after two dismal failures in Dubai. “I realized that an entrepreneur learns by beating, but if you take the right beatings, you will not make the mistake twice.”
EXMA holds two Guinness World Records: “World’s Largest Marketing Event” and “Longest Marketing Class on the Planet”.
Fernando found that in order to further promote his events it was better that he himself give his lectures. Today he has 650 presentations in 25 countries with three Best Sellers books: The Consumer is the Medium, Out of Service and Social Influence Marketing.
“On the one hand, I dedicate myself to the development of my conferences, and, on the other hand, I help people find what they are good at,” he says. This is how they identify what their success is due to, whether to tenacity, persistence… not to throw in the towel.
Things are not always going to work out for you as an entrepreneur and you must be clear about that. This is not Tik Tok that in seven seconds you go from failure to success. In the entrepreneurial world it can take you years to be successful. You have to be stubborn, obstinate; and you must be clear about where you want to go, as well as surround yourself with a good team”.
Fernando Anzures, founder and CEO of EXMA
Without a doubt, a great satisfaction for Fernando is having brought the former president of the United States, Barack Obama to EXMA Colombia. “That meant we were ready to grow.” After that Michelle Obama also accepted her invitation to give a conference in Bogotá.
In 2022 he brought Tony Robbins to Mexico City. I take Richard Branson to EXMA Miami. At his events he has also had the founders of Netflix, Airbnb and Waze. His final message? “If you are going to undertake, do it well. Educate yourself, ”he concludes.
