A post where Ricardo Salinas was surprised by the content published by a couple of comedians known as La parakeetled the Mexican billionaire to criticize them to discover that it was his employees.

La Cotorrisa charged Ricardo Salinas an alleged debt for the payment that Azteca has not yet made to the pair of comedians, due to the participation they had in the last World Cup and everything was unleashed after the criticism they made of the management of Ricardo Salinas de their social networks, channels that have become essential in interacting with audiences.

It all started when in a segment of their videos they criticized Salinas and the management of social networks that he did, assuring that they were in charge of a community manager and criticizing the type of answers offered by the businessman.
After the publication, Salinas reacted and showed the pair of comedians in his account Twitter (@RicardoBSalinas) asking his followers which personalities it was about, for which he received an answer that they were part of the drivers of the Azteca coverage of the past World Cup.
Upon being exposed, one of them, Ricardo Pérez, wrote him that he was surprised because he did not know them, so he took the opportunity to remind him that he owed them money for their coverage, to which Salinas asked to be invited to his program in addition to the accused of being one of the reasons why Azteca was bankrupt.
This is not the first time that Salinas does not know who is part of the talent of his television company, when in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, the businessman was asked his opinion of El Capi, a driver who has become famous on television for his supposedly content humor that performs on the chain.
After the question, he did not know who it was, so El Capi joined the conversation with a meme where he expressed sadness for the fact, to which his boss replied that he would start following him.
These cases are two important references of what talent management is like for media companies such as television and the value that these channels have achieved to become an opportunity for communication and creation of personal brands, as we see with El Capi or La Cotorrisa.
