In the great crises that humanity has faced, they have always had a cyclical behavior, wars, pandemics, financial crashes, social outbreaks, etc.
As part of a dynamic world, we must accept that changes are a natural part of it and therefore being willing to find opportunity, in the midst of adversity, is a main skill to develop. Planning about our future is always something necessary, since it is the north by which we guide ourselves.
However, things do not always go as planned and therefore we must be resilient in the face of unexpected changes that take us out of the daily balance of our lives.
A peaceful revolution in the midst of the crisis
In 2008, the world suffered the worst financial crisis of the 21st century to date, unleashed by the real estate bubble in the United States, added to the lack of regulations and surveillance of private funds and the management they made of their clients’ resources. .
In short, there was an irresponsible management of resources that resulted in the clients of large banking corporations losing everything while they requested bailouts from the government in order to restart operations. It was a crisis for most but for others it revealed a great opportunity, the design of a means of exchanging digital assets in a decentralized and transparent way without requiring a trusted third party to manage these resources and that is how in that same year Blockchain technology became relevant, free software, which allows important advances in issues such as the exchange of money digitally, but not only this, but it can also be used to guarantee the transparency of digital identity, traceability of production processes, notarization, digital money, monitoring of government contracts, exchange of digital assets such as works of art, professional titles, property titles, marriage and birth records, administrative and commercial process control protocols, among others.
This initiative, generated in the midst of a financial crisis today, is considered one of the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution and is one of those that will contribute to changing the world.
the handkerchief
In the midst of any crisis, there are two types of people, those who cry and those who sell tissues. In the midst of the bearish situation in the crypto asset market, accelerated by the fall of Luna and Terra, I believe that this is the stellar opportunity for us as actors in the ecosystem, whether developers, merchants or the community, to reflect on the shortcomings that we still need to address. and solve. And how we can propose potential solutions so that this type of situation is repeated less and less, only through adequate education in the administration of our resources, understanding of the market, projects and even common sense, will it be possible to eliminate exercises like these.
If you have been one of the people affected by these projects, make your loss an experience cost, use it as a great learning, go ahead and look for the opportunity in the situation.
This technology is just beginning to change the world and in less than ten years we will not be able to live without it, just as it happens today with the Internet and other technologies.
