has been made to pray Valve, but has finally taken the step that many expected. The mode Big Picture It has just received an update that completely changes its interface and makes it look like the one we can enjoy with Steam Deck.
As we well know, Big Picture is designed so that users who play with a controller have it much easier when it comes to navigating. Steam Deck precisely fulfills that function and the company has incorporated a series of novelties:
- new home page in which to find recent games and novelties
- New universal search that includes the library, store and friends.
- New control configurator that allows us to configure the peripherals to our liking.
- Steam Store Optimization to improve navigation with controllers.
- Improved in-game interface, allowing you to view achievements and guides.
- Unpublished menu with which to go directly to different points of the platform.
- New quick access menu to access notifications, friends list, quick settings and much more.
Mind you, the Big Picture interface is still in beta and “the team is still putting the finishing touches on it.” If you want, you can download this version to start testing it. Meanwhile, we can already get hold of the Steam Deck docking station and reserve our unit without the damn queues.
