1. Notes in DM: Starting today, you’ll be able to leave a note for everyone who follows you or just for your best friends list. This note will appear at the top of the inbox of people within the selected group for 24 hours. The responses people give to your notes will appear as direct messages in your inbox.
2. Invitation to the “your turn” sticker: This sticker, which has become popular because it inspires users to share moments spontaneously, can now be sent. When you see the “your turn” sticker in history, you can nominate another user so that he can participate. The option is called “pass it on” and is still in the testing phase.
3. Collaborative Collections: Also in testing, this new feature makes it easy to organize and co-create collections of posts you’ve saved so you can share them with your friends, helping to share common interests. They will be able to find all their collections in the shared media section in your conversations.
These tools add to the novelties that the platform launched this year, since during 2022 it also enabled the option of scheduling publications in professional accounts -such as reels, photos and carousels-, up to 75 days in advance.
Another novelty proposed this year was the possibility for creators to share short videos on Instagram directly from the applications: Videoleap, Reface, Smule, VivaVideo, SNOW, B612, VITA and Zoomerang.
In addition to Instagram, this 2022 Meta platforms developed numerous new tools for their platforms.

In addition, the company also tested “professional” mode within Facebook profiles, a new setting that allows creators around the world to have a public presence while maintaining their personal experience on the platform.
On the other hand, WhatsApp also launched its “communities”, where users can connect various groups together, such as neighborhood, school parent and work communities, in one place to organize group conversations on WhatsApp.
