“Bajo Cero” is a movie that has action and suspense, just like “Infiesto”. The story begins when an armored police van is assaulted during a prisoner transfer. The driver of the vehicle manages to entrench himself inside the armored car, but must work with the inmates to survive.

It is directed by Lluís Quílez and stars Javier Gutiérrez, Luis Callejo and Karra Elejalde.

4. “Return” (2006)

“Volver”, like every Pedro Almodóvar film, has its share of mystery and the famous unexpected twist at the end of the film. Penélope Cruz plays Raimunda, a woman who murders her husband after he tried to abuse her teenage daughter. They try to hide her body and, in the process, come across a business opportunity. Paula (Elena Anaya) must discover where this fear comes from and where the girl came from.

2. “Parallel Mothers” (2021)

“Madres Paralelas” follows two women who gave birth to their first daughters around the same time. One is a photographer in her forties and the other is a teenage girl. The two form a strong bond, but they will soon discover that their paths will continue to cross.

It premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, where Penélope Cruz received the Volpi Cup for Best Actress. The interpreter was also nominated in the 94th edition of the Oscar Awards.

1. “Home” (2020)

“Home” is another suspenseful film full of moments in which you feel anxious to continue watching. After Javier lost his job and had a hard time getting a new one, he had to leave his apartment and the luxurious life he led. However, when he realizes that he still has a set of keys, he begins to meddle in the lives of the new tenants, one of them being the character Mario Casas.
