We come to the end of the month with energy on the floor. January costs us, but in no time we say goodbye and turn the page. To celebrate the change of third that we are so close to, today we bring a weekly menu packed with foolproof, easy-to-prepare recipes.
We have only allowed ourselves one license: that of the Opera cake that you will find in the dessert section. It is not complicated, but it takes time, care and several elaborations. It’s our whim this week. The rest of the recipes are ideal for daily lunches and dinners. For one, for two or to feed the whole troop.
