The King of the Seven Seas will return to the big screen to exercise his dominion over the oceans in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, a film of which its first official images are already known.

Within the framework of the DC FanDome 2021, Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Comics present us the first official images of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, a film that will hit theaters in December 2022.
With James Wan as director, and Jason Momoa as the interpreter of Arthur Curry / Aquaman, the production of the sequel to the 2018 film is shooting its principal photography.
The producer recently shared two images of Jason Momoa, most notably the blue stealth suit, which was used in a series published in 1986.

Jani Zhao will play Stingray, a character about which there is no further information, while Vincent Regan will play the role of King Atlan, the person responsible for the sinking of the kingdom of Atlantis in the ocean.
Indy Moore will play Karshon, also known as The Shark, a metahuman villain, who gained intelligence and telepathic powers. For this production James Wan will rethink Karshon to be a woman, unlike the character who debuted in the pages of Green Lantern # 26.
Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom will feature a cast led by Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman; Amber Heard as Mera and Willem Dafoe as Vulko.
Also returning are Randall Park as Doctor Stephen Shin, Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren as Nereus; Yahya Abdul – Mateen II as Black Manta; Patrick Wilson as Orm / Ocean Master, and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna.
The premiere of Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom will hit theaters on December 16, 2022.
