If you are a user of this platform, you will surely wonder how to see all the faces in Microsoft Teams and the answer is that during a video call you can do it as long as you connect to the computer. The tool allows you to view only four people at a time when you connect from your mobile.
Regularly, you will be able to see the video of a participant (the one who is intervening) something that happens when we use the online version. If you use the client for computers, you will see everyone who participates as long as the meeting organizer has configured it. In the mobile app, you can then see the faces of four of the participants in the video call at the same time.
Zoom video calls, which, by the way, has eliminated time limits on calls for Christmas, as well as other more business tools such as Cisco’s Webex, allow you to see a large number of participants’ faces at once.
In fact, the video is activated according to the activity detected with the microphone, in this case, it is something similar, but with a much smaller number of faces to see at the same time.

When you connect from the desktop version of Microsoft Teams, you must follow certain steps to see all the participants:
- For a scheduled meeting, go to Calendar and select “Meeting Options.” Likewise, if it is an invitation to a meeting and when they are instantaneous, you must click on Meet Now.
- Once in the meeting, you will have to click on “Show participants in the Meeting controls” and then you must go to manage permissions if you are the meeting organizer.
This desktop feature allows you to see everyone’s faces on the participant list, but not the video simultaneously. In the computer version, you can watch the video of up to 9 participants at the same time and they will alternate depending on who takes part.
