The new iPhone 13 are already official after the presentation, and incidentally, we have also known the release date of iOS 15. It will be available to everyone next Monday, September 20. However, Apple has already released the Golden Master version for developers, which will presumably be the same build than the final version.
As usual, to install the Golden Master you have to do it from the developer beta channel, so we are going to explain you step by step how to do it.
First you will need to be a developer and install the beta update profile on your iPhone. If you are not a developer but want to take a risk, it is as simple as installing this profile on your iPhone and that’s it.
You can download the profile directly from here, entering from your iOS device. You select the profile, and it will appear directly on your mobile, although you will have to confirm it from settings. The following steps are very simple.
How to install iOS 15 Release Candidate
Once the profile is downloaded, it will ask us to restart the iPhone and we will only have to go to software update and download iOS 12. When we have updated you can delete the profile from settings> general and voila, you will have iOS 12 on your terminal. In summary:
- Go to Beta Profiles from your iOS device
- Download the profile and install it from the settings app.
- Restart your device.
- Go to settings> update software and download the iOS 15 update.
- Once the update is finished delete the profile from settings> general to return to the standard update channel.
Remember that you can only install iOS 15 RC if you have a compatible device.
