The care centers telephone who focus their work on sales, have taken the offering of their services to another level. By day, afternoon and night. They call you to hook you up as a client with no way to prevent your cell phone from ringing repeatedly.
It does not bother that they call once, but rather the repetitiveness of the case, since in most situations they contact from the same bank offering the same product or service that you had already refused or even accepted.
Marking numbers as spam served as a good option for a while. Having an app that detects these types of calls was also positive for those of us who wanted to avoid these calls. However, because they call from different lines they find a way to contact you once again.
Are you tired of these kinds of calls? We know that the simple question offends, since if you are here it is because yes, you can’t stand it anymore. Calm down that the solution is found on the official page of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (Condusef), according to the portal Millennium.
I don’t want any more calls!
The aforementioned portal publishes a report explaining how the Condusef’s REUS (User Registry) tool adds you to its list of people who do not want to be contacted for advertising and promotions.
You can call the Call Center or go to one of the Condusef offices. But since we know that you will not do either of these two things, we explain how to do it online.
The first will be to enter the part of the REUS of the Condusef through this link. Enter your data that you must accompany with your social identification digital proof (both digitized) that the line belongs to you. This blockade will remain in force for two years.
