One of the functions that some users missed in Google Chrome was the Reading Mode, a feature that browsers such as Internet Explorer or Safari have incorporated for a long time and that allows us to focus only on the text and images of the page that we are visiting, disappearing the rest of the elements of the web.
The browser Google has not yet officially launched this feature. However, it is working on it and users can already test it. To activate the experimental Reading Mode that incorporates the latest version of Chrome, we just have to follow the following steps:
First, we go to the Google Chrome shortcut on our desktop and right-click. When the menu appears, we select the Properties option. Once the window is open, we mark the Shortcut tab and go to the Destination box. There will appear the path in which Google Chrome is installed in our Windows. At the end of this route (and inside the quotes if they appear) we will have to put the following code:
--enable-dom-distiller
We accept and restart the browser. Now, every time we access the Google Chrome menu, this option will appear.
