He Colombian Government continues to deliver, in recent years, various subsidies to support the most vulnerable families in the country. These benefits are intended to support households that have been financially affected by the pandemic and the crisis that has been going on. - Enter solidary income.prosperidadsocial.gov.co
- Click the SIGN UP button located at the top right of the page.
- In the Digital Citizen Authentication service, log in with your ID number if you are already registered or go to REGISTER HERE.
- In the TYPE OF ACCESS, select REGISTRATION WITH IDENTITY DOCUMENT and continue with the process.
- Once you are registered, enter the program page again and log in (steps 1, 2 and 3).
- Upon entering the system, a window will appear with the information of the registered user. Check the data and close the window.
- Click on the CHECK TURNS AND BENEFICIARIES button. Finally, a window will appear with the information related to your household (if you are a beneficiary, household status, etc.).

- Enter solidary income.prosperidadsocial.gov.co
- If you already have an account, you can log in using your personal identification number. Otherwise, you can register using the Digital Authentication button on the ID.
- Once you have entered the system, a window will appear containing the data of the registered user. It is important that you carefully review this information and close the corresponding window.
- Then, press the CHECK TURNS AND BENEFICIARIES button. In this way, a window will be displayed that will provide relevant details about your household, such as its status and whether it is a beneficiary of the program, among others.
Requirements and how to enroll in Youth in Action
- Be between 14 and 28 years old.
- Being a bachelor of secondary vocational education (11th).
- Not having a professional university degree.
- Be within at least one of the targeting phases of the program that certifies their situation of vulnerability or poverty: Family Welfare census lists, indigenous census lists or current registration in the Sisbén.

Check if you are a beneficiary of the VAT Refund
One of the essential requirements to receive the VAT Refund money is to be registered in the Sisbén because through this tool the Government can identify the most vulnerable families.

Keep in mind that when you enter the website and want to find all the information you need to find out whether or not you are part of the VAT Refund, you must update your data in advance in Sisbén IV.
Who accesses Colombia Mayor?
To qualify as a beneficiary, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:
- Being Colombian.
- Having resided in the national territory for the last ten years.
- Be at least 3 years younger than the age required to retire for old age. Currently 54 years for women and 59 for men.
- Lack of income or sufficient income to subsist.
