The journey to the Dragon Isles with the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion is only weeks away. Blizzard intends to prepare the ground well for its launch, which is why it has revealed all the details of the two preliminary patches which will be published in the coming weeks.
The first of them will be available for download from October 26th and will bring the redesign of the talent system hand in hand. Thanks to it, players will be able to choose from a wide variety of talents with significant options that will appear as the characters level up, in addition to the possibility of modifying them at any time and for free.
The interface will also undergo major changes so that it can now be customized more than ever for a more up-to-date design and easier to configure. There will also be new accessibility features such as controller support, new achievements to unlock, and new race and class combinations that will make Rogues, Priests, and Mages usable on any race.
Later, the Nov. 16the second preliminary patch will be published and in this case it will serve to welcome the Dracthyr Evoker, the new race and class that will be one of the main protagonists of the expansion. These characters will be able to change between their humanoid appearance to have a draconic form capable of flying and breathing fire from their mouths.
Those who want to use the class before time can do so in The Forgotten Reach, the new starting area for them. In addition, the Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr dungeon in the Eastern Kingdoms Badlands will also be added and will mark the start of the Primeval Storms event in which players will face the Primalists with new missions and world events.
