Without wishing to stress anyone, we are on the last Friday of November and the Christmas lights are already shining practically everywhere -although nowhere like in Vigo-. Many may be taking advantage of the Black Friday offers to go shopping and gifts ahead of time, but it is also time to think about the daily weekly menu before really diving into the preparations for the holidays.
In our proposal of recipes for lunch and dinner on these final days of the month, and to receive December with enthusiasm, we suggest always combining dishes with a lot of homemade flavor and without losing sight of the healthy character, always also trying to make them appetizing and tasty. This week we have varied recipes that are also very appetizing on cold days, looking a little, discreetly, at the holidays.
Food. Recao de Binefar with a single dish.
Dinner. Thistle in almond sauce.

Food. First course of xató or xatonada and a second course of roast beef garnished with fried peppers in water.
Dinner. Manchego cheese and mushroom quesadillas with avocado hummus.
Food. Brothy seafood rice.
